They are similar to the more expensive MK II and dont understand why these amps donet get nearly the love they deserve on the forums. I compared it to my bogner shiva and tremoverb and the triamp is every bit as good sounding. These amps are a steal in the used market. This amp is so versatile due to its 6 completely different sounding channels yet the tone quality doesnt suffer. I am a marshall man but I really love my MK I.
